One Christmas we promised ourselves that we would never throw away a live tree after the holidays again.

From this promise, Elhichka.bg was born – an idea that breathes a second life into Christmas.

1. How is the Christmas tree delivered?

We deliver the tree directly to the customer's front door within the city of Sofia and the surrounding area. In the absence of an elevator, an additional fee per floor is charged. All trees arrive in a pot with a transport net and are ready to be placed.

2. Can I choose a specific Christmas tree myself?

You choose your preferred variety (for example, Caucasian Fir, Silver Fir or Silver Spruce), and we will select the most beautiful specimen available especially for you. We do not have a physical location for site selection, but we guarantee that each tree is carefully selected and extremely beautiful.

3. How do I take care of the Christmas tree during the holidays?


Upon delivery, you will receive brief instructions on how to care for the tree. It is extremely important to follow them if you want to preserve its life even after the holidays. The responsibility is not small - a living tree requires attention and care, and the approach must be serious.

4. What happens after the holidays?


After the holidays, you can request to pick up the tree from an address for a symbolic fee, and we will take the initiative to donate or plant it. Some of the places that can't wait to receive it are schools, kindergartens, nursing homes, parks and public spaces . After planting, you will receive information about where its new home is located 🌲

5. How long have the fir trees been grown and where do they come from?


Our fir trees have been grown for about 6–7 years in a mountain nursery located between Sredna Gora and Stara Planina . Each fir tree is looked after with a lot of care and love to be strong and healthy. Their sizes vary between 1.40 and 1.80 m (including the pot) .

6. Can I keep the Christmas tree and plant it myself?


Yes, of course! If you have a yard or a suitable place, you can plant it yourself after the holidays. This way you will create a beautiful and symbolic memory that will grow with you.

7. Can I place an order as a company?

No problem at all. We issue invoices for every company order, and for larger quantities of trees we offer special discounts .

8. What are the payment methods?

We accept payments in cash or by bank transfer. Payment is made upon receipt of the tree. We do not accept card payments.
